2024 Terms of Service
By commissioning me you have read this document in it's entirety and agree to the terms listed. It is up to you, as the commissioner, to ensure you read and understand everything written. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these terms, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
Commissions

✦You, as the commissioner, are paying for a digital good. No physical item will be shipped or delivered to you.
✦The character(s) that you provide for the commission you request should rightfully belong to you or you should have permission to use.
✦I will not draw anything hateful, offensive, or otherwise seen as morally wrong.
✦I will not and never will provide unwatermarked versions of my artworks for any reasons whatsoever.
✦I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason I may have.
✦I do not accept deadlines of any kind unless a fee is paid beforehand as well as it being discussed and agreed upon with both parties.
✦Once a sketch has been sent for approval, I will not allow any character changes.
✦My turnaround time varies but should not take longer than 3 months from the date of the commission being accepted.

Refund Policy

✦A refund is available if I have not started your commission yet at the time of the request.
✦Once a commission has been started, no refund may be requested.
✦If I cannot or am unable to complete your commission for any reason I may have, a full refund will be given.
✦If a chargeback is made, you will be permanently blacklisted and blocked. The artwork I had completed for you will be repurposed.

Payment

✦All payments must be made in USD($) via PayPal.
✦An invoice will be sent to you through PayPal
✦Full payment is required before I start on your commission.
✦You must be able to pay within 24 hours. If no payment is made within that time, your order will be cancelled.✦The statement above does not apply to commissions that are being paid off.

Artwork Rights

✦All rights to the artwork belong to me (TiramisuRat). This means you may not reproduce the art as merchandise or use for commercial use of any kind.
✦You may not claim my work as your own creation nor may you sell it as NFTs.
✦You may not heavily edit, trace or reference any artwork I may create for you unless I have given you permission to do so.
✦If you would like to own the rights to the artwork for commercial use you need to please discuss this with me before placing your order and an additional fee will be required.
